Well my van rental was wonderful. The van worked great we had a large group 8 people this van worked out great. Picking up the the vehicle was easy but you have to understand that there are only so many people and when you walk into a busy place one may have to wait a few minutes. When dropping the vehicle off it was easy they came out with you and inspected the vehicle with you and went over things it was a great experience and when I come back to Iceland I will be coming back. Hope it all works iceland was a great place loved the country and the people.

Csak jót tudok mondani. Az autó felvétel és leadás is gördülékenyen zajlott. Bár nem a lefoglalt autót kaptam de kategóriában talán még jobbat is. Teljes biztosítással vettem át az autót de felkészültek voltak mert az időjárásra tekintettel szeges gumikat raktak rá, így kényelmesen megtekinthettük Izland eldugodtabb látnivalóit is. Ajánlom mindenkinek a céget!

It is a sactisfactory experience to rent a car in this company. I purchase the platinum insurance package. If you are going to drive around Iceland which is full of unpredictable road condition and weather. The packages can provide you with a secure insurance. The process to get the car is important especially after your long journey to Iceland, the staff give me a fast pick up and return process. The car is clean, in good ocondition and perfectly function.

We had a great experience renting through Reykavik Rent a Car. Booking online was easy, fast, and far and away the most affordable option. When we arrived at the airport, there location was easy to find and there was relatively no wait. The gentleman who helped us was thorough with expectations and gave us a very useful rundown of how to stay safe ont he roads and what weather and travel websites to use. We had not considered GPS to get around, and he advised us on all of our options. We ended up going with portable Wifi to use google maps on our phones, which we were VERY happy with. The car was in great condition and was exactly as described. We never felt unsafe or questioned the cars maintenance or upkeep. Iceland is known for having difficult driving conditions, and we never felt like we were unprepared. Checking back in was fast and very easy. The car was pretty dirty (again, Iceland driving) and we weren't charged for anything. Simple, safe, and user friendly. We would book through them again for sure.

Rented a car for 5 days, arrived in the dark on the monday. The chap could not be more helpful with directions to where we wanted to go, he even rang the owner of the cabin and gave good advice on roads etc and website links for conditions. Really good service.

We rented a car from "Reykjavik rent a car" for 6 days at the beggining of October. The renting process on their website was easy and clear. We arrived late at night and had no problem taking the car, their office is open 24h and a bus will take you there from the Arrivals in about 3 minutes. We rented a Hyundai Tucson and received a Ford Kuga, which was also okay. The car was clean and in a very good condition. The car did not have winter tyres (they said it was mandatory from 15 October) and we had to come back the next morning to put some, because it was snowing in some areas of the country. However changing tyres was about 20 min and we had no extra cost. They also kept us informed regarding the road conditions by sending emails during our stay. Returning the car was easy and fast. Overall it was a very good experience and if we will come back to Iceland we will use "Reykjavik rent a car" for sure.

Upon arrival, need to wait 20mins to pick up. We arrived 15mins before the pick up time, then we need to wait until the pick up time. Someone arrived an hour in advance and then he needed to wait an hour! When we get the car, everything ok. However, once we driven away, we got the msg from the display board that the sensor for the tire pressure was not registered...then we deove back to rental car office. The staff check all tire pressure normal, and asked us to drive again and claimed that it would become normal after certain distance. We followed his instructions and drove away for few km but there was the same displace....then we drove back to the office again!! Finally we spent an extra hour to try to fix this problem but the problem was not fixed! The staff recommended us to continuously use this car, the car had no problem, the display would change after certain distance of movement. But finally, the display board became normal after 1 day.....so unsecured!!

保全險後還車完全不用擔心 旅途中有了小問題 網頁留message 可以迅速得到支援 包括附近的汽車檢查站 不過租車還車的人不少 建議還車時要早點到機場才不會太趕 Nice service and excellent car !
