everything was ok, no remarks. Staff was helpful and well organized. Car clean. We didn't get Golf VW but we got even better car, Hundai I30. Easy procedures, great deal and value. Next time in Iceland, I would definitely use the same company.

The service was great and the employees were great! Picking up and dropping off went very quick and smooth without any trouble. Would recommend. The only downside was that I booked a Volkswagen Polo but got a Suzuki Swift at pickup. When I asked about it, they said it's basicly the same car. I didn't really mind but I can imagine that some people do.

Both were very good. Far exceeded what I expected. I will definitely use this company again

Overall it was very good. The younger man we saw at check in and also on return was very pleasant - the other man looked a bit grim so we were happy we got the good one. It was very busy at both pick up and return, and the chap did a great job of getting clients through the system, but they really need an extra person in busy times. Car was very good, very clean inside, not so on the outside but in winter that is understandable. Not a specific issue with you, but I wish the industry would sort out this insurance issue - all cars should have all insurance included as standard. This continually trying to sell extra insurance is very annoying and should stop.

Only positive experience for Reykjavik Rent A Car company. It was such a delight to have chosen them for our Iceland trip. Online reservation and email exchanges were smooth prior our arrival. Their branch at KEF Airport is easy to locate. The process went smooth and fast. Thanks to the accommodating staff, he's from our own country (Philippines) surprisingly! He explained a few provisions and gave out tips as well. We rented out a Ford Kuga for 9 days and also availed a platinum insurance. The SUV was ready, fueled up, and nicely presented. Alternatively, returning the car went smoothly as well. Did not even take 10mins! Highly recommended car rental company.

Seamless from getting to the car rental office, to getting the car, to using the car and returning it. Felt very safe in the car, it was of excellent quality and the staff were very helpful.

Very pleasant staff at collection and drop off. No hard sell on the extra insurance. Car was ready for collection and parked straight outside the office. Easy to book and very helpful communication before booking. Really impressed with website information and leaflet on driving in Iceland. Even more impressed with the daily e-mails of road closures and weather coditions and forecasts. One of my best car rental experiences - highly recommended.

Excellent! Quick and efficient! A pleasure to rent from such a company.

It's quite good. Staffs full of attentive and patient. And we recived the warning message(extreme wind and storm) for safty as we were traveling in iceland.

Our car was ready when promised. Check in was very fast and check out faster. I saw the price was dropped after my booking. I was able to get a refund.

We came in January 28/1 - 31/1 and ended up upgrading to a Ford Kuga. The service was brilliant, the man at the desk was warm and friendly (did not catch your name, sorry) and gave us some great advice on the road conditions. Would highly recommend Reykjavik Rent A Car, we got a good deal and everything was straight forward.

Getting to the depot from Keflavik Airport was an easy transition. All relevant paperwork was ready and waiting my arrival. I was on my way within 10/15 minutes max and en route to Reykjavik. Used the vehicle to travel Keflavik Airport / Reykjavik / Blue Lagoon / Keflavik Airport - all was perfectly simple and easy. The price was the best available from all rental companies (hence the choice), and the car & service perfect. On the return, I tried to fill the car but could not. Apparently the gas station was having an issue with accepting US credit cards. The Reykjavik Rent a Car representative recommended another gas station a short way away which worked perfectly. I will someday return to Iceland and I will rent a car again. Stands to good reason that I will communicate my request with Reykjavik Rent a Car once again. They served me well. In closing, I have spent 40+ years working in the travel industry and I know what service is about in this industry. This company certainly gets my vote of confidence. So much so, that if I have passengers traveling to Iceland who would like to rent a vehicle, I have no hesitation recommending Reykjavik Rent a Car.

Bei ins lief alles soweit gut ab und die Leute waren freundlich zu uns. Wir haben im Voraus eine Platinum Versicherung gebucht, was ich sehr empfehlen kann. Das einzige was man ein wenig besser machen könnte wäre dass mab bei der Rückgabe nicht erst eine Nummer ziehen gehn muss. Dafür hat man im Wartesaal Strom und USB-Anschlüsse wie auch eine Toilette. Ich würde hier wieder buchen
