I've chosen them, because they don't charge your card with deposit (only writle your card's details). I ran a problem, when i try to get m ycar - i have only debit card and not credit!! This is a real problem. :-( But fortunately they make an offer for me: buy the highest insurance and they will not need credit card (and i can do (almost - khm..) "anything" with the car. So i havn't got any other option. It was a little more expensive but in these case i have no choice. (many-many other rentals don't has this option: only credit card! ) So, i was actually happy with the deal. There wasn't queue when i get my car and wasn't when i get it back. All the staff was very kindly with me. :-) I recommend this company, because i had not got any issue with them or the car. :-)

From Google reviews: We have booked Toyota Rav 4 diesel through the web site. When we arrived to the airport they told us that we will get Ford Kuga gasoline instead. After request they have changed it to Hyundai Tuscon diesel. The car was not new ( with 140000 km already ) and we had one issue with the wheel on the first day. I called the agency and they sent mechanic to handle the issue. The process was quick and professional. Rest of the vacation the car was fine. Return process was fast and easy. Price was very reasonable

I picked up car from Keflavik airport Office. I rented Golf or similar and get Hyundai i30 which was driven only 13000km. When I went to pick up my car, the customer service was nice and only small amount of waiting in the lobby. Car was clean and only small scratch in front bumper. When I returned the car at 04.45am there was customer service at present which is very nice and return of the car was easy and quite fast. I would use them again. And I did have platinum insurance for piece of mind.

Service was efficient, Reykjavik location was very easy to leave town, and no fuss on return.

Reykjavik rent car people are very nice and always available. I had a small problem with the plate and the communication with them was perfect.

You had a good customer service. 1) Your staff responded to email quite quickly 2) The response was satisfactory. When I ordered for a car for 6 passengers, however, in your website no car with 6 seats advertised, your customer service offered a reasonable car to us to accommodate our request. Thank you.

Handled beautifully all the 3000km I threw at it. When the car gave an oil change warning in Egilstadir I contacted them and I was directed right away to a local affiliated mechanic who came within 45 minutes to check all was well. Car check in and check out went smoothly and fast and the staff were very polite and efficient. I certainly recommend this company

From Google reviews: Just came back from my road trip in Iceland two days ago. My car rental experience was smooth. Before the trip I reserved a VW Polo online, upon arrival I was given a Hyundai I20 with mileage over 122K, there were quite a few scratches here and there on the body and one fairly large stone chip on the windshield. I chose the Platinum insurance coverage for the peace of mind. The tiny car rode well, no issues, good on gas. Will use this company again for sure.

From Google reviews: I got a Nissan Pulsar to get me to Thingvellir and Kerið and around Reykjavík the car worked excellently. Easy to get to from the airport and the staff was very friendly late at night.

Reykjavik rental car was quick, the staff were easy to deal with, and the car was reliable and perfect for our needs. Definitely plan to rent from them again the next time we visit Iceland.

They also do not charge a deposit (holding amount) to our credit card which is great. I did take the platinum insurance option and stuck to the paved roads and would recommend others to also consider it. Some of the paved roads actually have a lot of loose stones on it. The fuel discount tag was also quite nice. I would definitely use them again when I'm in Iceland. Thanks for the great service!

From Google reviews: 剛剛結束冰島之旅，人還沒離開機場就忍不住要來評價一下，真的是一間很棒的公司，我們取車時因為誤算時差，提早約兩小時取車，工作人員很親切，也沒有多收費用，取車後車況都有註記刮痕位置，且工作人員也有提醒一些冰島駕車的注意事項，全程十天我們租用Subaru foresters 開起來很順暢，各項功能都無問題，輪胎胎紋等狀況也很好，可能因為我們保最高的險，還車時檢查人員大概把車門開關確認，可以發動就完成了，整體使用上很滿意，我們在預計下次來冰島的旅程了，絕對會在這間在租一次的！

Hello .. I work here in Iceland and it is time to go home and took advantage of the beautiful summer weather we go to see the north of the island .. and it was amazing .. it was totally worth the whole trip and time spent here .. the island is a country with unique landscapes in the world that cuts your breath.

We had a wonderful trip to Iceland in August 2018. We rented the Suzuki Jimny for 7 days and it was exactly what we were expecting. Receiving the car at their Reykjavik office was easy, fast and efficient. We chose a little last minute to add the in-car WIFI (which was an excellent addition for us) and they had no problem accommodating our request. Everyone we spoke with either when receiving or returning the car was pleasant and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to rent from them again.
